Cost of Injury Survey

Have you experienced a 3rd or 4th degree tear as a result of childbirth?

The MASIC Survey this year is looking to collect data on the COST of injury – to you and your family, and the NHS.

MASIC is working as part of the All Party Parliamentary group on Birth Trauma, and we want to collect this data to help understand the true cost of OASI injuries.

The questions aim to cover surgical and non-surgical treatments, medical appointments, employment, relationships, legal aspects and the cost of products and services you need to manage your symptoms.

The survey can be accessed here: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/YPT7NZ9

The estimated time for completion is 15 mins. The survey will remain open until the end of April.

The answers in this questionnaire are designed so that we cannot identify the responder. All answers given will remain anonymous.

THANK YOU!
